On the Farm Beer Festival

We’re heading down on the farm for this year’s May Bank Holiday Beer Festival.

From 2 to 7 May, we will be serving more than 50 real ales and traditional ciders from some of the best rural breweries in the country. And we have some of the best local bands to entertain you while you try a few of them out.

On May 2 from 5-8pm, we’re offering six of the best in the barn with a tutored tasting of our best festival ales for just £6.50 (£6 for CAMRA members). Later in the evening there will be live music from the Northsyde Band.

On May 3 from midday, it’s Farmer’s Pie & a Pint Day, with our popular General Knowledge Quiz in the evening. The quiz starts at 8.30pm. There is a £1 entry fee per person and cash prizes for the winners.

On Friday evening (May 4), take part in the Battle of the Bullseye, an open darts competition where you can win a gallon of ale. It costs £3 to enter, which includes a pasty to keep you going while you play. Sign up at the bar today!

Saturday starts at 4pm with live rugby between Northampton Saints and Worcester Warriors. We will be taking BBQ orders all evening from 5-9pm, and from 8.30pm you can mod/rock the night away with Northampton’s Brighton Riot.

We are offering our lovely Sunday lunch on May 6 from 12 to 4pm. And when you’ve finished, you can sit back, enjoy another pint of festival ale and let you meal go down while listening to live music from Accrington Stanley.

On Bank Holiday Monday, while the afternoon away with good ale, good cider and good music from the Geripatricks.
